This position reports directly to the Vice President
Responsible for leading all aspects of the financial and accounting operations
Oversee accounting functions, budgeting, analysis, financial reporting, internal controls and compliance.
Working knowledge and ensure compliance with GAAP including standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, closings and reporting
Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L along with all related financial reporting
Review monthly accounting close processes
Develop and maintain budgetary controls and procedures
Conduct financial analysis, budget preparation and forecasting
Develop procedures to aid in reaching financial goals
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and travel/expense
Properly review payroll and create journal entries to reflect the monthly activity
Responsible for all internal and external financial reporting
Direct tax and audit processes/preparations including managing all work with external auditor
Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field required
Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education
7 years of accounting/finance experience with progressive responsibilities required
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
