We are seeking a Business Office Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Offer Financial services Business office additions to client purchases and route sale and internet leads when not with clients
- Plan and schedule appointments with clients
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- fill out title paperwork on sales deals and finance paperwork
- Answer inbound telephone calls and direct to appropriate team member
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- properly fill out forms for titles and services
- Perform all other office tasks as needed
- Previous experience in office administration or Automotive fiannce
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail of paperwork
- Strong organizational skills
